Diane and I recently closed on a resort beach house in the Brunswick Islands area of North Carolina.  We engaged the services of Bob Vosbrinck of Coastal Properties located in Little River, South Carolina.  Bob came to us highly recommended by a family member with whom Bob had assisted in a prior real estate transaction.

Owning beachfront property had been a dream of ours for quite a few years.   The Carolina coastal resort areas were particularly appealing as a great place to invest in real estate and a place we would enjoy in our eventual retirement.

Bob patiently worked with us doing research and sending listings for properties in coastal communities that he felt would meet our expectations.  After months of phone and email communications from Pennsylvania it was time to visit with Bob to preview the many listings he planned for us to see.  He made special accommodations for us at a resort hotel in North Myrtle Beach where we stayed for the next ten days.

Bob spent a good amount of time during our stay showing us properties on the Carolina's coast from Oak Island, NC to Surfside Beach, SC.  One property of interest was visited again later in the week and became the property on which we would focus our interest.

When we decided to make an offer on the property, both Bob and his wife Judi Vosbrinck the other half of the V-Team, prepared the proposal contracts and counseled us through the process.  Within the next four days our negotiated bid was accepted.  Our desire was to close within the next two weeks with arrangements having to be made over the Christmas Holidays.

Judi made recommendations and immediately began the local arrangements on our behalf working closely with our lender and coordinating with the local service providers.  Everything came together for a smooth closing a few days before the New Year’s holiday.  We celebrated New Year’s Eve at our new beach house.

Bob and Judi are definitely the Buyer’s Realtors.  Without their invaluable services we would not have realized a dream of owning a great beachfront property.  Our search and buy experience was very enjoyable and definitely personally satisfying.   During the process we developed a close personal friendship with Bob and Judi and value their continuing friendship.
