Bob and Judi Vosbrinck acquired Coastal Properties in 2006. Judi (Broker in Charge) has been involved and working the Grand Strand Real Estate Market for 25 years. Her expertise in the Grand Strand market is second to none and has a tremendous reputation as being fair, professional and trustworthy to her clients. She has two sons Bryson and Brent who are actively serving in the United States Marine Corp. She also has a grandson, Jameson who is 57and her little angel.

Bob has been working the real estate market for 7 years after retiring from the South Carolina Schools System. Bob taught physical education , work as an assistant principal and also coached basketball and football for 29 years. He is still working in football at Conway High School. He has coached twice in the South Carolina Coaches Association Basketball All-Star game and also was honored by coaching in the South Carolina Coaches Association North/South Football Game. He also served as President of the South Carolina Coaches Basketball Association. He feels that his background in education and athletics will help him serve his clients well.
